We are excited to introduce an initiative called Winter Walking Wednesdays in partnership with Sustrans, aimed at promoting active travel during the winter months.
Starting next week and continuing through February, we encourage all our pupils to cycle, scoot, or walk to school at least once a week on Wednesdays.
However, if Wednesdays are not convenient, don’t worry! Active travel on any other day will still earn your child a token.
Each child participating will have their name entered into a prize draw to win some Sustrans goodies!!
The more journeys they complete, the greater their chances of winning a prize at the end of the challenge.
